At Black Hog Forge, every item is crafted with care and built to last. Because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, we keep our return policy straightforward and fair for both our customers and our shop.

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  
  

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

  
  

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
