8" Damascus Chef
Forged from 300 layers of 15N20 and 1084 steel, this blade showcases the flowing, organic character that makes every Damascus piece unique. Paired with a striking green maple burl handle, it balances rugged performance with natural beauty. Built to be used and crafted to be admired, this knife reflects the individuality found in both the steel and the wood.

6" Black Hog Scout
Few blades carry a story like this one. Forged from a wrench recovered from a sunken barge in the Gulf of Mexico, this Black Hog Scout transforms a piece of forgotten history into a functional blade built to endure. The brute de forge finish preserves the character of the forging process, while the curly maple handle—colored using chromium trioxide and finished with the flame of a kerosene lantern—adds a depth and uniqueness that cannot be replicated.

Crafted from 320 layers of twisted-pattern steel, this chef knife blends performance with individuality in every detail.
